Challenge
Aegis Industrial Finishing was approached by its customer with three of these aluminum spiral staircases. At over 10′ in height and 9′ in diameter, their size posed a challenge when the customer specified powder coating as the finish of choice. With our 10′ x 10′ x 38′ oven, we were able to accommodate these staircases and even bake two units at one time. We were able to deliver the product to the customers satisfaction, on time, and within budget.
